These Terms apply to all clients, whether engaging in person, remotely, or digitally.

2. Reiki Services

a. In-Person Reiki Sessions

• All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or through direct contact.
• Clients are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions, with no reduction in fees.
• Reiki is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should consult with their healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
• Clients must disclose any health conditions, medications, or pregnancy that may affect treatment.

b. Distance Reiki / Remote Healing

• Distance Reiki is conducted at a mutually agreed-upon time or within a specific healing window.
• Clients will receive pre-session instructions via email.
• Feedback or follow-up may be delivered via email or virtual call if included.
• Distance healing is a complementary service and not a guaranteed treatment method. It is provided in good faith.

c. Reiki Healing Packages

Reiki Healing Packages are offered in sets of 4 sessions or 8 sessions, designed to support deeper healing over time. These sessions must be booked in advance and are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reiki packages are intended for individual use and may not be shared between clients. However, in special cases (e.g. illness or relocation), partial transfer may be considered at the discretion of the practitioner.

• 4-session package: Valid for 3 months from the date of the first session.

• 8-session package: Valid for 6 months from the date of the first session.

It is your responsibility to schedule all sessions within this time period. Unused sessions cannot be carried forward beyond the expiry date unless agreed in exceptional circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

Payment confirms your commitment and secures your session times.

• All session prices are clearly listed on our website. Prices are in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.
  
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  
• We accept secure payments via [Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.].
  
• In-person payments may also be accepted via cash if agreed upon with the practitioner.
• Promotional offers or discounts must be used within their validity period and cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

a. In-Person & Distance Reiki Sessions

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be refunded or rescheduled without charge (minus any transaction fees incurred).
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged in full.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule, you’ll be offered a new appointment or a full refund.
  
• Reiki packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. If you change your mind before your first session, a full refund can be issued, minus any transaction fees incurred.

b. Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital content (e.g., eBooks, meditations, online courses), no refunds are issued once the product is accessed or downloaded.
• If you experience a technical issue accessing the product, please contact us promptly for support.

5. Digital Products & Downloads

• Digital products are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, redistributed, or resold in any form.
  
• You must ensure your device meets any technical requirements listed for accessing or using the content.
• We make every effort to ensure product availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access in the event of internet issues or third-party service outages.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

7. Client Conduct

• Clients must behave respectfully and appropriately in both in-person and online interactions.
• Any abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behaviour will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

• All client sessions are confidential. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We will never share your personal details with third parties without your consent unless legally required.

9. Disclaimer

• Reiki is a complementary healing method and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
  
• We make no claims to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
  
• You agree that any use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.
• Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, text, graphics, and digital materials on our website or in our digital products are the intellectual property of Pure Flow Reiki unless otherwise stated.
